The Planning Three Phases Plan
Hellabeem started in 2003 with the infrastucture.
Phase 1 (Finished)
Level ground and prepare for
construction. Install septic tanks. Prepare infrastructure: building
roads on the land. Build water tower, construct a well,
installing the water supply. Install electricity.
 
Phase 2 (Finished)
The construction of: School
with 8 workshops. Personnel quarters. Hostel for
children.
School for computer classes, sports, other classes,
and office.
Physiotherapy, eatingroom, kitchen.
Phase 3 (Finished)
The construction of our private living quarters. Please note that this is not part of the Hellabeem project but comprises private enterprise.
Install a rehabilitation
swimming pool with special modifications to aid the disabled children
in and out off the water. Revolving prayer room for four
religions. Install a biogas installation. Agriculture: there will be
fruit trees and vegetable gardens. A Tea nursery. Mushrooms,
chickens and cows.
